Designees for Service of Process
On May 1, 2023, the Georgia General Assembly, during the 2023 Legislative Session signed into law new requirements for state agencies regarding service of process. In essence this order states: "A state government entity shall provide a designee or designees for service of process for civil actions brought against the state." Below is the list of TRS's designees.
