Important Notice: Atlanta and Macon Office Closure for In-Person TRS Services

Please be advised that the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia (TRS) Atlanta Office and Macon Office will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026, due to inclement weather, for in-person appointments and walk-ins. We anticipate resuming normal operations on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
Customer Support and Services Remain Available
While our physical offices are closed to visitors, all customer support channels are fully operational. We are here to assist you via:
- Phone Calls
- Web Support (including My TRS Login)
- Contact Us form
- Virtual Appointments
Please utilize these methods for all your TRS needs.
Rescheduling In-Person Appointments
If you had an existing in-person appointment scheduled at the Atlanta or Macon office, a representative will be reaching out to you shortly to discuss your options.
Your appointment will be rearranged to either be:
- Rescheduled for a future date.
- Given a virtual meeting option (e.g., phone call or video conference) to conduct your business remotely.
