Retirees & Survivors: All Anticipated Form 1099-R Address Changes Needed by Dec. 15

The deadline for retired members, as well as beneficiaries who are receiving monthly survivor benefits, to submit an update to TRS for the 2025 Form 1099-R distribution is Monday, December 15, 2025.

For faster service, we encourage retirees and beneficiaries to make address updates via their secure online account. To login or register for an online account please visit https://www.trsga.com/account-login/.

Upon logging in, scroll down and click on the link to Common Tasks on the right side of the screen. On the right side of that screen, click on the link to Manage My Account. Address changes can then be made under this link. Any changes are effective immediately and require no paperwork.

To avoid delays and ensure the December 15th deadline is met, we strongly recommend updating addresses using the secure online account option.
